活血益智片对小鼠学习记忆障碍和血管性痴呆模型的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察活血益智片对小鼠学习记忆障碍和小鼠拟"血管性痴呆"模型的影响。方法:采用东莨菪碱、乙醇和亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,通过跳台实验测试方法,观察活血益智片对小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用;采用双侧颈总动脉反复缺血再灌注、同时腹腔注射硝普钠方法制备小鼠拟"血管性痴呆"(VD)模型,观察活血益智片对小鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力的影响。结果:药效学实验结果表明,活血益智片对东莨菪碱和乙醇致小鼠记忆获得障碍有一定的改善作用,能够增强模型小鼠的学习记忆能力(P<0.05);活血益智片能够对血管性痴呆小鼠脑组织中胆碱能神经起到一定的保护作用(P<0.05)。结论:活血益智片能够改善脑反复缺血再灌注所引起的神经损伤,对血管性痴呆有一定的治疗作用。 Objective: Huoxie Yizhi Tablets has the function of Qiinvigorating and Bloodactivating, intelligencepromotion and OrificeOpening. To investigate the effect of Huoxie Yizhi Tablets on the activity of acetylcholinesterase ( AChE ) in the mice model of vascular dementia. Methods : Using the mouse model with acquired memory disorder resulting from hyoscine and alcohol by Stepdown test and the means of water maze, it is suggested that Huoxie Yizhi Tablets can improve the impaired learning and memory induced by scopolamine in mice.The mice model of dementia by ischemia/reperfusion was induced by repeated ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries together with an intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside. To observe the effect of Huoxie Yizhi Tablets on the activity of acetylcholinesterase ( AChE ) in mouse brain tissue. Result: It is suggested that Huoxie Yizhi Tablets can improve the impaired learning and memory induced by scopolamine in mice. Huoxie Yizhi Tablets has the protective effects on cholinergic neurons in VD model mice. Conclusion : Huoxie Yizhi Tablets has a very low toxicity. And it can revive the neurologic impairment which was induced by the ischemia/reperfusion model, might have therapeutical effect on vascular dementia.
