Recent Research Development of Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine on GLP-1 Level

总结了近年来中药对胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)干预作用的研究进展。GLP-1具有葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素分泌作用,同时还可以保护胰岛β细胞功能,在2型糖尿病的治疗中占有重要地位。某些中药可以通过调节GLP-1水平而改善糖代谢,达到治疗糖尿病的目的。

The aim of this review is to summarize the recent development of research on the influence of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on GLP-1 level. GLP-1 can stimulate endogenous insulin secretion in a glucosedependent manner.It also has a function of protecting βcells.The advantages make GLP-1 an important role in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Some of the traditional Chinese medicine can meliorate the glucose metabolism by modulate the level of GLP-1 for the purpose of treating diabetic mellitus.
