摘要 采用硼、钼双改性酚醛树脂,制备具有耐高温性能的酚醛树脂,并利用红外光谱仪、热重分析和冲击试验等方法对其性能进行分析。结果表明:硼和钼元素已经接枝到酚醛树脂的分子链中;硼、钼双改性酚醛树脂耐热性能和抗冲击性能明显优于传统的热塑性酚醛树脂PF。 The modification with boron and molybdenum was adopted to prepare phenolic resin with high thermal stability. The properties of resins were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectra,thermogravimetric analysis and the impact test. The results showed that boron and molybdenum was successfully grafted on the molecule of phenol resin. The heat resistance and impact strength of the modified phenolic resin was super to the traditional thermoplastic phenolic resin.
