摘要
通过熔融共混的方法制备PA6/CaCl2/SMA复合材料,研究SMA、CaCl2加入顺序对复合材料结晶行为、力学性能及其洛氏硬度的影响。研究结果表明:在两种不同加工条件下复合材料的熔点和结晶度都要低于SMA/PA6、Cacl2/PA6体系,复合材料的熔点最低降至194.63℃;PA6/SMA/Cacl2加工顺序下复合材料的力学性能要优于先PA6/Cacl2/SMA加工顺序下复合材料的力学性能。
PA6/CaC12/SMA composite was prepared by melt blending polymerization. The influence of the addition sequence of SMA and CaC12 on crystallization behavior,mechanical property and rockwell hardness was studied. It was found that in two different conditions of composite construction with machined the crystallization of molten and degrees were less than SMA/PA6, CaC12/PA6, the composite by some minimum to 194.63 ~C. PA6/SMA/CaC12 processing order of the composite had to be superior to the first order of the composite construction with machined PA6/CaCI2/SMA performance.
