摘要
探讨医院人力资源管理。该文在借鉴外院成功经验的基础上,结合医院自身特点,采取试行绩效工资改革,取得了一定的成效。认为绩效工资改革有利于调用人力资源。
This paper discusses hospital human resources management.Based on successful experience of other hospitals and in line with own special characteristics,our hospital has undertaken performance salary reform and yielded satisfactory outcomes.It is therefore believed that performance salary reform is beneficial to human resources management.
