医学检验技术专业课程体系后期分化的改革探索

The exploration to medical inspection technology curriculum system reform after the late differentiation

目的:探讨医学检验技术专业方向分化的课程设置,使培养出来的医学检验技术人才适应医学检验领域内不同岗位的需求。方法:对某校医学检验技术专业学生实行了4个分化方向教学。结果:改革后课程设置,学生适应岗位面广,达到培养目标。结论:医学检验技术专业以方向分化为核心的人才培养模式,能使学生适应更多的就业岗位,提高就业能力。

Objecive ： Study the professional direction course of medical inspection technology to make trained medical inspection technology talents adapt to the medical test field of different jobs. Methods ： Implement four differ- ent direction teaching to medical laboratory technology students in our school. Results：After the reform of curricu- lum, the students are adapted to a wider work area and achieving the training goal. Conclusion ： As the core of medi- cal laboratory technology direction,the differentiation talents training mode offers students more jobs and improves their ability.
