CT导向1例盆腔深部肿块经皮穿刺活检的体会

Clinical application of CT guided percutaneoous incisional needle biopsy for 1 case of deep pelvic masses

目的:探讨盆腔深部肿块行CT导向下经皮穿刺活检术的可行性。方法:以避开重要脏器、组织为原则,在CT导向下将穿刺活检针准确置盆腔肿块区活检,评价穿刺结果和安全性。结果:采用俯卧位经臀肌、梨状肌穿刺,活检标本病理诊断为转移性腺癌。结论:在CT导向下,盆腔深部肿块穿刺活检是安全可行的。

Objective：To explore the feasibility of CT guided percutaneous incisional needle biopsy for deep pel- vic masses. Methods：Percutaneous incisional needle biopsy under CT guidance were performed. Their pathological findings and safety were evaluated. Results ： Percutaneous incisional needle biopsy were performed through transpiri- form - muscle approach in prone position. The pathological diagnosis was adenocarcinoma of metastasis. Conclusion ： CT guided percutaneous incisional needle biopsy is safe and feasible for the patients with deep pelvic masses.
