珠澳跨境工业区医学媒介生物本底调查

Investigation on medical vector at Zhuhai-Macao border-crossing area

目的掌握珠澳跨境工业区医学媒介生物的本底情况,为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。方法 2008年3月—2009年2月,每月对跨境工业区口岸医学媒介情况进行调查。结果共采集到媒介生物10397只,查明有6目14科35属54种,建立了8种医学媒介生物资料库。初步摸清了跨境口岸的蚊、蝇、蜚蠊、鼠类等病媒生物的种群结构、季节消长等基本情况。结论珠澳跨境工业区的鼠类、蝇类、蚊类密度超过国家标准要求,应采取措施加强灭蚊、灭蝇、灭鼠工作。继续开展口岸生物媒介本底调查,掌握医学媒介的变化规律,有针对性地开展预防与控制工作。

Objective To understand the background of medical vector an the Zhuhai-Macao border-crossing area,and to provide basis for establishment of effective measures of prevention and control.Methods From March 2008 to February 2009,the main medical vectors were collected and investigated.Results A total of 10 397 pieces of vectors have been captured,belong to 6 families,14 species,35 genera,a data base has been finished.Conclusion The average density of flies,mosquitos rodents exceed the national standards,so it is important to strengthen prevention and control of the medical vector.
