心理护理对改善眼科患者不良情绪及生存质量的效果研究

目的探讨心理护理对改善眼科患者不良情绪状态及生存质量的效果。方法选择2009年3月至2011年3月我院眼科收治的240例住院患者作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组各120例，对照组患者采用眼科常规护理方法，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上再予以心理护理，比较2组患者入院前后的焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（sDs）评分情况、SF-36评分及出院前1d的满意度调查结果，综合评价心理护理用于改善眼科患者不良情绪状态及生存质量的效果。结果2组患者经治疗后，SAS、SDS、SF．36评分均较治疗前有明显改善，治疗前后比较差异显著；但观察组患者改善幅度明显高于对照组患者，组间比较差异显著；2组患者的满意度比较，观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者，组间比较差异显著。结论对眼科患者实施心理护理，可以有效改善患者的不良情绪状态，有效改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological care in improving adverse emotional state and quality of life for ophthalmology patients. Methods 240 cases of patients from March 2009 to March 2011 treated in our hospital were chosen as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 120 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional methods of eye nursing.The patients in the observation group were taken psychological care based on the conventional nursing.The score of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),SF-36 score and satisfaction degree 1 day before discharge for the two groups were compared. Results The results showed that after treatment,SAS,SDS,SF-36 score were significantly improved compared with before treatment in the two groups.The difference was significant before and after treatment.The improvement level in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups in the improvement level.The satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant. Conclusions Psychological care for ophthalmology patients can effectively improve the patients' negative emotional state and their quality of life.
