循证护理在心血管外科患者压疮预防中应用的效果评价

Application of evidence- based nursing in ulcer pressure prevention of patients in cardiovascular surgery department and effect evaluation

目的探索应用循证护理在心血管外科术后压疮预防中应用的效果。方法对2008年1月至2010年10月在我科住院的342例患者进行预防急性压疮的循证护理，并对护理效果进行评价。结果342例患者均无压疮发生，缩短了病程，提高了治愈率。结论将循证护理应用于心血管外科术后的患者，可大大减少压疮的发生，极大地提高了患者的生存质量，也提高了护理人员观察问题、分析问题及解决问题的能力。

Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in ulcer pressure preven- tion of patients in cardiovascular surgery department and effect evaluation. Methods Evidence-based nursing was applied to 342 patients in our department from January 2008 to October 2010, and the nursing effect was evaluated. Results Non of the 342 patients suffered ulcer pressure, the course of disease was shortened and the treatment effect was increased. Conclusions Application of evidence-based nursing in cardiovascular surgery patients can significantly reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers, greatly improve the patients＇ quality of life, and also can increase the observation, analysis and problem solving ability of nursing staff.
