摘要
本文结合北京农业大学管理基金课题的实际情况,对如何做好获准基金课题的管理进行了初步探讨。论述了基金课题的特点,制定了基金课题的管理办法和检查指标,采取一些措施,促进基金课题研究工作顺利开展。同时对进一步改进基金课题管理提出了一些建议。
On the basis of the management of NSFC projects at Beijing Agricultural University, the article discusses the ways of improving the management and presents suggestions. It also explains the characteristics of the projects and the practices adopted by the university such as the approaches for better management, the criteria for assessing projects and measures to facilitate the progress of research in the projects.
