摘要
早产儿视网膜病变（ROP）是世界范围内儿童致盲的主要原因，数字广角小儿眼底成像系统（RetCam）在ROP筛查中发挥着重要作用。本文回顾文献，结合自己临床实践中的应用体会，总结了RetCam在ROP筛查中的应用优势和局限性，强调RetCam用于ROP筛查具有安全性高，敏感性和特异性较好，简便快捷等优势，具有在我国推广应用的前景。（国际眼科纵览，2012，36：17-20）
Retinopathy of prematurity （ROP） remains a leading cause of childhood blindness world- wide. RetCam plays an important role in ROP screening. In this article, we reviewed the current documents on applications of RetCam for ROP screening combined with our clinical experiences, and summarized its advantages and challenges for use. We particularly addressed its safety, diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, accuracy and easy-to-use for ROP screening.
