摘要 为了研究移动质量速度与受载钢轨变形之间的关系,针对现有轮轨系统监测实验台物理模型,建立弹性点支撑的轮轨系统力学模型;结合钢轨的边界条件和荷载类型,采用振型叠加法对钢轨力学模型的振动方程求解,用MATLAB对移动质量从10~70 km/h不同速度下的钢轨动力响应进行分析,初步得出钢轨随移动荷载速度的变形规律:钢轨的变形随着移动质量速度的增大而减小,并通过实验对仿真规律进行了验证。 In order to study the relation between the speed of moving mass and the deformation of loading rail,an elastic support mechanical model about wheel-rail system was built,on the basis of the physical model of existing wheel-rail monitoring equipment.Combined with the boundary conditions and load type,the oscillation equation of rail mechanical model was solved via vibration superposition method.The dynamic response of rail mass under different moving velocity range from 10 km/h to 70 km/h has been analyzed by MATLAB.The law of the relation between rail deformation and the speed of moving mass was preliminary got.That is the deformation of rail decrease when the speed of the moving mass increased.And the regular pattern obtained from the simulation was verified by experiment.
