摘要
为发展船舶配套产品,上海船舶运输科学研究所承担了国家科技部船舶主柴油机电子调速器研制任务。研制的SRI-VC2110EG电子调速器由控制器、驱动器及电动执行器组成。控制器采用高性能、低功耗ARM7嵌入式微处理器作为核心部件,采用内嵌DSP算法的FPGA实现转速信号数字滤波和测量,采用CAN现场总线实现数据传输。电动执行器采用三相交流永磁同步伺服电机及精密减速器等。SRI-VC2110EG电子调速器具有主机转速调节、燃油限制和补偿、VIT等功能。经实验室半物理半数字仿真结果表明,SRI-VC2110EG电子调速器性能可满足大功率低速柴油机调速要求。
SSSRI has been appointed by the Ministry of Science and Technology to undertake the development of SRI-VC2110EG ship main engine electric governor.The new electric governor consists of a digital controller,a servo driver and an electric actuator.The core component of the digital controller is a high performance embedded MPU of low power consumption,ARM7.An FPGA chip with inner embedded DSP algorithm is used to implement digital filtering and rotation speed signal processing.The system data are communicated by means of CAN local bus.The electric actuator consists of a three-phase synchronous servo motor of permanent magnet type and a precision gear train.The SRI-VC2110EG features main engine speed regulation,fuel limitation and compensation,VIT etc.Experimental results of physical/digital hybrid simulation indicate that the performance of the SRI-VC2110EG electric governor meets the requirements for speed governor for high power low speed diesel engines.
