努力提高科学基金管理水平

科学基金制的建立适应我国科技发展的新形势,在支持基础性研究中发挥了重要作用,受到广泛欢迎和赞许。科学基金制把竞争引向高水平的选题和提高申请项目质量的同时,还对科学基金评审的公正性,合理性、科学性提出越来越高的要求,促使基金管理工作者提高业务水平和管理能力。本文就如何提高基金管理水平提出了初步看法和建议,以使科学基金制在科学研究和国民经济发展中发挥更大作用。
