摘要
采用水浴湿法消化,以Pd(NO3)2-TritonX-100作为基体改进剂,应用Zeeman石墨炉原子吸收法测定了肝组织硒含量。试验结果表明,肝组织经水浴湿法消化测得的硒 含量与消化测定结果基本一致(P〉0.05),相对标准偏差为1.11%,回收率为95.80%~100.40%。石墨炉原子吸收法测定硒的检测限为5.0ug/L。
The broiler liver was digested by the nitric/perchloric acids in boiling water bath and the selenium was determined by Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) after addition of Pd(NO 3) 2 Triton X 100 as a matrix modifer. The results demonstrated that the selenium contents in the liver digested with the acids in boiling water bath were not different from those in heating block (P>0.05) with the relative standard deviation and recovery rate to be 1.11% and 95.80% 100.40% respectively, and the detection limit of selenium for GFAAS to be 5.0 μg/L.
