广义虚拟经济视角下的民用机场非航空性资源价值

The Research of Non-aviation Resource Value in Civil Airports under the Perspective of Generalized Virtual Economy

世界先进机场的发展经验表明,机场非航空性资源价值开发已成为衡量机场综合发展水平的重要标准。加大非航空性资源开发力度、提升非航空性资源开发水平已经成为世界机场发展的趋势之一。本文认为,兼顾信息态和物质态价值的广义虚拟经济理论能科学、全面审视非航空性资源价值及其财富本质。本文从实体价值和虚拟价值对机场非航空性资源价值进行了分析,并指出可从"财务"和"体验"两个方面进行非航空性资源虚拟价值创新。当前,机场应以旅客体验为出发点,加快非航空性资源虚拟价值创新,以科学地掌握非航空性资源价值开发规律。

The development experiences of the world’s most advanced airports show that airports’ non-aviation resource value development to become the measure of airport comprehensive development level. Increase the non-aviation resource to develop strength, enhance the non-aviation resource development level have already become one of the trends of the development of airports. This paper argues that both the state of information and material, the Generalized Virtual Economy Theory has a scientific, comprehensive review of non-aviation resource value and its essence of wealth. This paper from the entity value and virtual value on airport non-aviation resource value are analyzed, and pointed out that from the ＂financial＂ and ＂experience＂ two respects undertake non-aviation resource virtual value innovation. At present, the airports should to passenger experience as the starting point, accelerate non-aviation resource virtual value innovation, and scientific grasp the development law of non-aviation resource value.
