摘要
"私签"是家庭服务业中的一种不合法行为,这一行为在很大程度上阻碍了该行业的健康稳定发展。本文以广义虚拟经济的思想为指导,运用了博弈论与数理分析的有关知识,先从三方博弈的角度分析家政公司、消费者和从业人员主体在"私签"中所扮演的角色和行为选择,证明了"私签"现象的必然性;然后,结合数理分析结论,指明遏制"私签"现象进一步恶化的途径在于合理提高"私签"的违法成本;最后,我们给出了提高私签违法成本的几点政策建议。
The issue of private signing is a kind of illegal behavior in the housekeeping service industry, which blocks its healthy and stable development to a great degree. Based on the thought of generalized virtual economy, this paper introduces the game theory and mathematical methods to analyze the roles the housekeeping companies, the helpers as well as the consumers play and the behaviors they choose in this topic, it is found that the three bodies have the motivation to direct something. Then based on the mathematical results, the conclusion is shown that the way to contain the further deterioration of private signing is to reasonably improve its illegal cost. Finally, several policies suggestions to improve the illegal cost of private signing are presented.
