摘要
目的 以快速、简便的方法高精度地立体测量颅底的骨性结构。方法 建立颅底骨性结构的三维图像 ,确定图像上各象素的三维坐标。按公式L =(X1-X2 ) 2 + (Y1-Y2 ) 2 + (Z1-Z2 ) 2 计算出三维图像上任意二点间的距离。以C++语言编制应用程序。并以三坐标激光测距仪的立体测量对照。结果 以三坐标激光测距仪立体测量作为标准 ,三维仿真立体测量的精度为 0 1mm。一致性检验P =0 999二者高度一致。结论 以计算机图像处理技术为基础的三维虚拟立体测量技术可以对颅底骨性结构进行高精度的立体测量 ,满足立体定向手术的需要。
Objective Stereomeasure the skeleton structure of skull base quickly and conveniently. Methods Reconstructed three dimensional images of the skeleton structure of skull base,and calculated three dimensional coordinates of every pixel of the image.According to the formula (L=(X 1-X 2) 2+(Y 1-Y 2) 2+(Z 1-Z 2) 2,the distance of every two pixels on the three dimensional image was calculated out.Established the applicative program by C ++ language.Applied the laser range finder with three coordinates as control. Results Applied the stereomeasurement by the laser ranger finder with three coordinates as the etalon,the precision of the three dimensional virtual stereomeasurement was 0 1mm.The consistency check showed that P=0 999 ,which means high concord. Conclusion The three dimensional stereomeasurement based on the techniques of computer assisted graphic analysis is capable of surveying the skeleton structure of skull base precisely,satisfying needs of stereotactic operations.
