摘要
系统集成技术已成为当前电子技术发展的一个主要方向。本文介绍了系统集成技术的基本概念、主要内容和应用,指出系统集成技术的基础研究对发展我国微电子工业的重大意义。本文还介绍了该项研究作为国家自然科学基金会重大项目已取得的进展和成果。
This paper describes the basic concepts, main contents and applications of System-Integration Technology which have been considered as one of main directions in modern development of microelectronic technology. Authors point out it is very correct and necessary that the basic research of system-integration technology was subsidized as a major project by the National Natural Science Foundation, and especially its significance in the development of microelectronic industry in our country. The next half parts mainly reports the advances and the first fruits in each sub-projects of this basic research.
