摘要
通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定了从红曲米中提取红曲色素的最佳提取溶剂及最佳提取条件。最佳提取溶剂为乙醇;最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度85%,提取温度50℃,提取时间50min,液比1∶15,提取次数2次。在此条件下可得到红曲色素的最高提取率。
From single factor test and orthogonal test, the optimum extracting solvent and conditions were obtained to extract monascus color from red Koji rice. The optimal extracting solvent was ethanol. The optimal extracting conditions were. 85% ethanol concentration, 1 : 15 the ratio of red Koji rice to solvent, 50℃ extracting temperature, 50 minutes extracting time for each of two extracting processes. On above conditions, the highest extraction rate could be obtained.
