The Evolvement Process of the Talents'Structure and the Unbalance Characteristics

经济发展过程与人才结构演化密切相关。随着经济的发展,在极化和扩散两种力量作用下,人才结构会经历散化阶段、中心极化阶段和和谐成熟阶段。本文就每个阶段的人才结构及供需失衡的特点进行了分析和概括,并以江苏省为例,分析了目前人才结构所处的阶段。

The process of economic development is closely related to the evolvement of the talents＇ structure. With the economic development, under the effect of polarization and diffusion, there will be three phases of talents＇ structure which are the phase of diffusion, the phase of center polarization and the phase of mature harmony. The talents＇ structure and the unbalance characteristics between supply and demand of each phase are analyzed and summarized. At last, Jiangsu province is used as an example to analyze the phase of the talents＇ structure.
