陕西省社会体育指导员发展水平评价指标体系研究

Research on Evaluation Index System of Developmental Level of Social Sports Instructors in Shaanxi Province

本研究运用文献资料法探讨了目前开展社会体育指导员综合评价的主要特点以及存在的主要问题,归纳和总结了社会体育指导员综合评价的研究现状;从陕西省社会体育指导员发展目标出发,运用体育学、统计学、社会学等学科理论,构建能系统评价陕西省社会体育指导员发展水平评价指标体系。

In this study, main features and problems in carrying out a comprehensive evaluation of social sports instructors at present were discussed by using literature and data, and the status quo of research on comprehensive evaluation of social sports instructors was summarized. The evaluation index system which can evaluate developmental level of social sports instructors in Shaanxi Province was constructed with sports science, statistics, and sociology and so on, from developmental goals of social sports instructors of Shaanxi.
