Innovative Exploration on Teachers' Leading Styles

本文从情趣培养、快乐感受、压力驱动、增强自信、延伸思考等方面,结合岩石力学、钢结构等课程对教师引领方式与技巧进行了思考,提出让学生主动学习、快乐学习、高效学习的观点。

We research on the way and skill to guide students from temperament and interest training, enjoyable feeling, stress compelling, enhancing self-confidence, extension thinking critically, combined with some subjects such as rock mechanics and steel structure. Then we can come up with the view that students study spontaneously, happily and effectively.
