摘要 管理学是一门研究人类管理活动基本规律的科学,具有实践性、科学性、抽象性等特点。但在管理学的教学过程中,教学方法落后,实践环节薄弱。建构主义所倡导的情境式、体验式对管理学的教学具有重大的理论指导意义。而沙盘模拟法是对企业经营管理活动的一种动态模拟,集参与性、互动性、竞争性于一体,寓教于乐,正是建立在建构主义所倡导的情境式、体验式教学法的基础上。在管理学的教学过程中运用沙盘模拟教学法,可以全面提高学生经营管理的素质与能力。 Management is a science, which studies human management activities basic law, with practical,scientific and abstract feature. However, in the process of management teaching and learning,the method is backward and the practice is weak.The coustruetivist have advocated situational and experiential teaching method,which have a great theoretical significance to the teaching and learning of management. Sand table simulation teaching method is a dynamic simulation to the business operation and management,and it coalescents participatory, interactive and competitive together.Sand table simulation teaching method is based on the situational and experiential teaching method,which are advocated by the constructivism.ln the process of teaching and learning of mangaement,using the sand table simulation approach can comprehensively improve the students' operation and management quality and capabilities.
