本文就使用酶标仪测定粮食中的真菌毒素的方法及过程进行了论述,并特别提出了酶标仪使用注意事项,提高测定样品的精确度和工作效率。

In this paper, method and the process of using the microplate reader in the determination of mycotoxins in grain were discussed, and matters needing attention of using microplate reader is proposed particularly to improve the accuracy and work efficiency of measured samples.
