摘要
文中概述了汽车闭式电控液压助力转向系统的结构和工作原理。根据汽车电控液压助力转向系统对助力特性的要求,设计出直线型助力特性曲线示意图。清晰分析了车速、理想转向盘转矩和助力转矩的关系,拟合出车速感应曲线。该曲线表明,所设计的直线型助力特性能很好地协调转向轻便性和路感之间的矛盾。
In this paper,the structure and working principle of close-type electro-hydraulic power steering(EHPS) system are presented.Based on the requirements of vehicle EHPS on power assistance,the sketches of linear assistance characteristic curve are designed.The relations of vehicle speed,ideal steering torque and assistance torque are clearly analyzed and the speed sensing curve is well fitted.The curve indicates that the linear assistance characteristics designed can well coordinate the contradictions between operating handiness and road feel in steering.
