摘要
针对循环冷却水排污水硬度大、盐分含量高特点,对循环冷却水的排污水进行处理回用工艺研究。结果表明使用碱脱硬、絮凝、酸中和、杀菌及电渗析脱盐联合工艺,适宜的工艺条件为:质量分数30%的氢氧化钠溶液的投加量为1.4 g.L-1,PAM的投加量为0.25 mg.L-1,硫酸的投加量为0.10 g.L-1,杀菌剂十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵为10 mg.L-1。处理后的水可以作为补充水回用于冷却系统,实现了节水减排。
The wastewater from circulating cooling water by deposition technology was studied.The wastewater was full of salts.The results showed that the optimum conditions of using the combined process of alkali off hardness,flocculation,neutralization,sterilization and electrodialysis desalination were:when the dosage of the mass fraction 30% sodium hydroxide solution was the 1.4 g.L-1,the PAM dosage was 0.25 mg.L-1,the sulfuric acid dosage was 0.10 g.L-1 and the dosage of fungicides cetyldimethyl(2-sulfite) ethyl ammonium was 10 mg.L-1.The treated water was applicable as source of supplement for circulating cooling water to reduce waster.
