Study of Chemiluminescence of Lucigenin With Active Chlorine and Hydrogen Peroxide

通过研究光泽精—H_2O_2和光泽精—ClO^-—H_2O_2化学发光反应的动力学曲线、吸收光谱以及化学发光光谱,提出了光泽精—ClO^-—H_2O_2化学发光反应的机理.还就温度和反应试剂的浓度对化学发光强度的影响进行了试验和讨论.

The chemiluminescent reactions of lucigenin-H_2O_2 system and lucigenin-ClO^--H_2O_2 system were studied.The kinetic curves,absorption spectra andchemiluminescence(abbr.CL)spectra of the two CL systems were recordedand studied.The CL mechanism of lucigenin-ClO^--H_2O_2 system was proposed.The effects of temperature and reagent's concentration on CL intensity werealso discussed.
