发达国家零售业发展新动向探析

New Tendencies in Retailing Industry of Developed Countries

本文通过对一九九八年以来发达国家零售业发展新动向的分析与研究，揭示了发达国家零售业在本世纪初的四个发展趋势，即跨行业拓展新业务，新型连锁店，折扣店等业态的全球化拓展，百货业力求变革再求辉煌，网上零售商机无限。力求把握国际零售业的发展脉搏，以加速我国零售业的国际化进程。

Based on researches on the recent retailing industry of developed countries, this article demonstrates 4 tendencies in this area at the beginning of 21th century: namely, 1 )the development of new cross -- industry business; 2) the globalization of chain -- stores; 3 )the renovation of traditional department stores; 4) retailing on Internet. With reference to the experience of developed countries, this article is aimed to accelerate the internationalization process of Chinese retailing industry.
