Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the spectrum of ^(137)Cs 0.661 MeVγ rays in the thin BGO scintillator and the simulated spectrum was con patedwith experimental spectrum.The continual parts for Comp(?) S(?) thespectrum is discussed.
