星形胶质细胞上调基因-1在恶性肿瘤中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 星形胶质细胞上调基因-1(astrocyte elevated gene-1,AEG-1)最初通过快速差减杂交技术在HIV-1或肿瘤坏死因子-α诱导的原代人胚胎星形胶质细胞中鉴定发现。AEG-1定位于8q22,由3611个碱基组成,编码的蛋白质分子量64 kDa,主要定位于核周和类内质网结构区。AEG-1是Ha-ras和PI3K/AKT/C-Myc途径的下游靶分子。AEG-1通过调节NF-kB途径、PI3K/AKT途径及Wnt/β-catenin等途径发挥作用。目前研究发现AEG-1在乳腺癌、食管癌、肝癌、前列腺癌和肺癌等肿瘤中过表达,并与肿瘤发生、发展、转移及耐药等密切相关,成为肿瘤患者预后的独立危险因素,但其潜在功能和具体调控通路需要进一步研究。本文就AEG-1在恶性肿瘤中作用的研究进展作一综述,旨在为以AEG-1分子为靶点选择合适的肿瘤抑制剂及靶向治疗提供新的视野。
