Sugammadex是一种修饰的γ-环糊精,能与氨基甾体类肌松药形成紧密复合体而逆转它们的肌松作用,与新斯的明相比具有明显的优势,并能安全、有效地用于婴幼儿、孕妇、心、肾功能受损和重症肌无力患者。Sugammadex的临床应用将会为临床麻醉工作带来新的变革。
Sugammadex,a modified γ-cyclodextrin,forms tight complexes with amino-steroid muscle relants to reverse muscle relaxation.Sugammadex could be applied safely and efficiently in paediatric patients,caesarean section patients,patients with cardiac and renal impairment,and myasthenia gravis patients.Clinical application of sugammadex must bring new innovation to clinical anesthesia practice.
