亚硝酸钠对小鼠慢性酒精性肝损伤的细胞保护作用 被引量:7

摘要 过去人们普遍认为亚硝酸盐是一种致癌剂,但这种观点一直未得到实验证实[1]。亚硝酸盐对人体的另一种危害是导致高铁血红蛋白血症,但这需要一次摄入大量亚硝酸盐。最近人们对亚硝酸盐的生物学作用又有了新的认识,发现亚硝酸盐是一种一氧化氮供体,可特异性的在缺氧酸性环境被还原为一氧化氮[2]。
