摘要
以F级燃气轮机高压迷宫密封为研究对象,研究密封间隙、压比、密封齿厚对迷宫密封泄漏特性的影响规律,采用泄漏系数表征各种影响因素与密封泄漏量的函数关系。结果表明:相同压比条件下,密封间隙增大,泄漏系数增大,且增大的趋势变大;相同密封间隙下,随着压比提高,泄漏系数近似线性的增大;相同间隙和压比下,随着齿厚的减小,泄漏系数减小。
The effects of were investigated for a high the relation of seal leakage sealing clearance,pressure ratio and seal thickness on the discharge behavior of labyrinth seal pressure labyrinth seal of F class gas turbine, and the leakage coefficient was adopted to show with all kinds of factors. The results show that the leakage coefficient is increased with the in- creasing of gap width at the same pressure ratio, and increased linearly with the increasing of pressure ratio at the fixed sealing clearance. The leakage coefficient is decreased with the decreasing of seal thickness at the same pressure ratio and gap width.
