CD64在小儿结缔组织病中表达的研究 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）和幼年皮肌炎（JDM）是小儿最常见的两种弥漫性结缔组织病（CTD），感染已经成为此类疾病的主要死因。鉴别原发病活动抑或合并细菌感染并不容易：一些常用的炎症指标如白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞（Neu）计数、血沉（ESR）和C反应蛋白（CRP）等缺乏特异性；
