摘要
科技投入是科技活动的源头,是实现产业升级、推动经济发展的重要前提。以黑龙江省为例,通过建立科技投入与区域经济发展评价指标体系,运用因子分析方法对黑龙江省1999—2008年科技投入与区域经济发展的综合水平进行了测度,并根据测度综合水平与回归分析结果,利用所构建的科技投入和区域经济协调发展度模型,对科技投入与经济发展协调状况进行定量测算,最后基于实证分析科技投入与经济协调发展中存在问题,并结合实际提出若干建议。
Science and technology input is the source of science and technology activities and a very important channel to realize industry upgrading and promote economic development. Taking Heilongjiang province as an example, the paper establishes an evaluation index system by using the factor analysis to comprehensively evaluate the science and technology input and regional economic development in Heilongjiang province from 1999 to 2008. According to the regression analy- sis and comprehensive measurement results, by using the model concerned, the paper carries out quantitative analysis on science and technology input and economic coordinated development. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, the paper gives some suggestions to improve science and technology input and economic coordinated development in Hei- longjiang.
