摘要
在企业的日常管理活动中,中层管理者是承上启下的关键所在,企业的战略实施、员工激励、团队建设等管理问题无不与之密切相关。但是,对中层管理者的激励却成为企业持续经营过程中面临的一个难题,集中表现在中层管理者离职率上升、工作积极性下降等现象上。从契约理论的角度审视此问题,心理契约破裂是问题产生的关键,以此为基础建立柔性化的人力资源激励体系是解决问题的路径选择。
In the enterprise daily management activity, middle level management is the key link for enterprise strategic im- plementation, motivations and team construction management. However, the middle level managers'incentive has become a difficult problem for business continuity management, such as the increasing turnover rate, the low working enthusiasm, etc. From contract theory perspective, the paper examines this problem and concludes that psychological contract rupture is the key problem. Based on the theory, the flexible human resources incentive system is set up to settle the problem of path selection.
