在艾森克人格特质理论及个人创新绩效理论的基础之上,通过实证研究的方法确定企业员工人格特质对其个人创新绩效的影响。通过岭回归这一更为科学的统计方法对调研结果进行统计分析,研究人格特质与个人创新绩效的相关性,从而使结论更加准确可信。

This article carries out a research on how different personalities will ,affectindividual employee＇s creativity per- formance based on the Eysenck＇ s personality theory and individual creativity performance theory by using empirical re- search method. In order to make the result more reliable and precise, the ridge regression model is used in this article in- stead of other linear regression analysis models to analyze the data
