摘要
区域知识产权形象是知识经济时代区域经济学研究的一个全新、重要而又迫切的问题,清晰的区域知识产权形象概念对于正确解读中国的国家和地区知识产权战略实施与知识产权事业进程具有重要意义,这是兼具理论与实证价值的议题。从区域经济学、区域营销学、战略管理学和认知心理学等多角度入手分析区域知识产权形象概念内涵,以焦点小组研究方法探索区域知识产权形象维度组成,构建集实力形象、制度形象、机构与人员形象和环境形象等于一体的维度体系,并进一步分析了区域知识产权形象属性特征。
Regional intellectual property image is a new, important and urgent problem to the regional economics in the age of knowledge economy. Clear conception of regional image of intellectual property is very important for us to treat the na- tional and regional intellectual property strategy and its process. There are both theoretical and empirical value issues. From the standpoint of regional economics, regional marketing, strategic management and cognitive psychology, the author analy- zes the conception, explores the structure consisting of strength image, system image, institutions and personnel image, and environmental image by the focus group image methods, and researches on the image characteristics of regional intellectual property .
