摘要
运用SWOT分析法对辽宁省中小企业组建产学研战略联盟的内部条件和外部环境的各方面内容进行归纳和概括,在比较中小企业产学研战略联盟主要模式的基础上构建了SWOT矩阵,并深入探索了组建中小企业产学研战略联盟的有效途径。
This paper, by using the SWOT analytic method, concludes the internal and external environment of the pro- duction- university -research strategic alliance of the small and medium- sized enterprises, compares its main models, constructs a SWOT matrix, and explores the effective ways for its development.
