摘要
研究了涂料的组成-耐火粉骨料、粘结剂、悬浮剂对涂料的发气量、高温强度、悬浮性等的影响,确定了涂料的合适配方、施涂工艺。试验结果表明,只要涂料发气量<7.5g,铸管就不会产生气体缺陷。
The impact of the component of coating, such as refractory powder filler, adhesive and suspension-agent on the amount of gas evolution from the coating, resistance to high temperature and suspension-ability of coating etc. have been researched. The recipe of coating and spraying process was formulated. The test shows that no surface blowhole formed in gray cast iron pipe when the amount of gas evolution from the coating was less than 7.5g.
