摘要
通过有限元数值模拟软件Procast对铝合金汽车灯罩压铸件进行了数值分析,获得了零件成型过程温度场的分布和凝固时间与温度的关系。研究表明:没有增设水冷的凝固顺序混乱,温度梯度分布不合理,铸件成形过程容易产生铸造缺陷;增设水冷设置的方案中,铸件各节点冷却速度得到提高,同时保持良好的凝固顺序,不仅有利于提高生产效率,而且能获得优质的铸件。
The numerical simulations of aluminum alloy automobile lampshade were carded out by the finite element numerical simulation software Procast. And the temperature field and the relationship between solidification time and temperature were obtained. The results show that the confusion of common solidification order and the irrational distribution of temperature gradient is caused by custing defect; in the other scheme with water-cooling, the cooling rate of the inner nodal points are improved and the cooling sequence is keep in order, which could remarkably improve the casting quality and oroduction efficiency.
