摘要
核电站重要厂用水泵(SEC泵)泵体铸件是质保等级Q1级部件,铸造厂应保证该铸件安全使用40年。本文结合铸造厂核电设备质量监督经验,分析如何对制造SEC泵泵体铸件的重要工序进行质量控制,得到满足设计要求的核电部件,主要涉及热处理和补焊等工序质量控制的实施。
Essential service water (SEC pump) pump casing casting belongs to the quality level Q 1-class component. The foundry shall ensure that it works safely in 40 years. To gain the nuclear component meeting the design requirements, quality control on the important working procedure of SEC pump casing casting is analyzed with nuclear component quality supervision experience in foundry, and the analysis mainly involves the implement of quality control on heat treatment and repair welding.
