摘要
对大曲轴的镦锻加工方法做了介绍,用有限元方法对曲轴的镦锻成形过程进行了模拟,获得了曲轴镦锻成形过程金属坯料的应力场变化、模具的应力场、模具的磨损深度等。对模拟结果做了讨论,对模具的设计提出一些建议。
The method of heavy crankshafts machining was introduced,the process of heavy crankshafts upset forging was simulated by FEA, the stress changing, the stress field and the depth of the die was obtained. The result of the FE was discussed and some advices for the design of the die was brought forword.
