摘要 大型锻件锻造工艺复杂,锻件中心锻造质量难以保证。针对核电用大型圆筒形锻件芯轴扩孔工艺变形特点,结合中心压实法和刚粘塑性有限元法对芯轴扩孔工艺进行有限元数值模拟;应用响应面法,通过建立径向基函数模型,分析下砧量、芯轴转动角度和锻件表面温度对圆筒形锻件锻透性的影响规律,并对优化结果进行讨论,提出了优化锻造工艺的新方法。 The forging process for large pieces is complicated, so it is hard to ensure the quality of the quality of Forging. Aiming at the feature of large cylindrical reaming process for nuclear power, using JTS forging method and finite element method, the core expansion process was simulated. Through establishing the radial basis function model to analyze the effect of the amount of reduction, mandrel rotation angle and the surface temperature on the equivalent strain by RSM, the optimization results were discussed and improvements were proposed.
