摘要
院结合加速轧制时精轧机组的速度制度,针对热带精轧升速轧制时加速度对终轧温度影响进行分析,研究了热带精轧机组加速度对轧件的轧制变形温升、摩擦温升、接触温降以及终轧温度的影响规律。采用加速轧制时终轧温度明显升高。研究结果对优化终轧温度控制策略、提高热带终轧温度控制精度有一定的参考意义。
According to discussion of the speed system of finishing mill, the effect of rolling speed on finishingtemperature was researched. Due to effects of strip sample acceleration rate on both the finishing temperature of single sample and whole strip, according with the cooling of inter-stand sprays, the optimized inter-stand spray status changing sequence was established. The research results may apply reference for hot strip finishing temperature control strategy and enhance the control accuracy.
