摘要
旋压引伸设备常用于杯形件拉拔成型后壁厚偏差的校正成形,但常因旋压工作位置温度过高,使用寿命短,仅限于单件试制生产,不能广泛推广使用。本文基于对该设备的结构及成形工艺的分析,采用冷却液与加工部位隔离的设计思路,设计了冷却系统,并建立模型,通过冷却液的流动分析及涡旋分析,优化了冷却系统设计,延长了设备的使用寿命。
Spinning-drawing equipment is commonly used in thickness deviation correction forming after cup-shaped pieces drawing. However, it often has a short life because of high temperature in spinning working position, and so this equipment is confined to a single trial production, hence hardly being widely used. Based on the analysis of the equipment structure and forming technology, the design of the cooling system was complete adopting the ideas of coolant and processing site isolating, and the model was established. According to the cooling fluid flow and vortex analysis, the cooling system design was optimized, which extends the life of the equipment.
