摘要
对不同保护气体条件下焊接的高强钢熔敷金属的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,当采用Ar+(5-20)%CO2混合气体保护焊接时,熔敷金属的组织以针状铁素体为主,具有较高的强度和优异的韧性;当采用纯Ar气体保护焊接时,熔敷金属变为以低碳板条状马氏体组织为主,熔敷金属的强度进一步提高,而塑性、韧性有所下降。
The microstructures and properties of high strength steel deposits under different shielded gases were investigated. The results indicate that the microstructures of deposits are mainly acicular ferrite and have good strength and excellent toughness when welded with Ar+(5-20)%ACO: mixed gas. The microstructures are mainly lath-shaped low carbon martensite when welded with pure argon gas. The strength of deposits is further improved but the plasticity and toughness decrease slightly.
