摘要
对胀形制件进行工艺分析,确定胀形时的定位方案,并根据零件的加工要求,确定胀形模具设计方案,设计管柱胀三形包模具,解决模具结构设计时遇到的问题。
Process analysis was performed on bulging work pieces. According to the working requirements, the orientation and deigns scheme were determined. Structure of mold was designed, the bulging die was designed, and problems were solved.
